TERMS, CONDITIONS, FAQ, & RESTOCK INFO

  • Restock dates and times can always be found on my instagram bio (@lavivaverde)

  • Before the restock day, my site will be password protected up until the time posted. Don’t worry if you can’t get in that morning, the shop will go public at the time of the update and everyone will be able to get in.

  • I can not reserve any items, it is first come first served with restocks.

  • Items tend to sell fast, and items that are in your cart remain available to other customers until your payment has gone through. Many people will make multiple purchases to ensure they get at least one item. If this is the case, and it is safe to do so, I will combine shipping. and refund any significant shipping overages.

  • Many times there will be items labeled as DISCOUNTED. If you are purchasing one of these pieces, please make sure you are reading the description beforehand. I feel bad throwing away pieces that I have spent hours to build, just because of a cosmetic defect or an issue during firing- These items are sold at discount prices and the “defect” is written in the beginning of the description.

  • Some items have special crystal adornments, and the description should also be read on these to ensure the longevity of your piece.

  • Shipping cost is not cheap- due to how heavy and fragile ceramic pieces can be,, along with our sustainable packing materials.

  • International orders are even more expensive, and unfortunately I can’t change that. You may incur import fees and taxes as well- these are your responsibility.

  • Please refrain from being rude or complaining if you miss out on an item. I am by no means a “production potter” and I am often juggling many projects at once. Generally, you can always request for more of a style to be made for a future restock- it is actually very helpful hearing what people are most interested in.

  • I will continue to make pieces for as long as I possibly can - THANK YOU for all the support so far!


DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

I am not accepting custom orders at this time.

ARE YOUR PIECES DISHWASHER SAFE?

Unless it is one of my crystal pieces or an item with a special surface decoration, it is usually safe for the dishwasher. Crystal mugs on the other hand must be carefully hand-washed to keep the integrity of the stone at its best.

ARE YOUR PIECES MICROWAVE SAFE?

All crystal/special surface decoration mugs should not be microwaved. But  most any other mugs are microwave friendly . If there is any doubt or question on the safety of using the microwave with your piece, better say no to the microwave just in case.
 

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?

Processing time for your order is 7-14 days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-8 business days to arrive once sent out- And International 2-6 weeks depending on location. (May Vary With Holidays). Sometimes shipping may be delayed from my end due to waiting on more sustainable packing materials to arrive. So make sure to keep an eye on posts relating to orders and check emails for tracking numbers.
 

RETURNS?

If by chance there was an accident with your order by means of shipping.. If you are international please send me a photograph upon arrival and we will work out your refund. If you are in the US, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim via the USPS website. If you are dissatisfied due to the size or other physical qualities of the piece- there will be no refund granted. Make sure to look at all photos and measurements/ details in description prior to purchasing your item. I make it a habit to measure and size each listing for reference.
